What this website is
This is a catalogue, not a shop. There is no account, no basket, no checkout and no payment on this site. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance – it is an invitation for you to get in touch.
Sending an enquiry places you under no obligation to buy, and places us under no obligation to sell. A sale exists only once we have agreed terms with you directly and confirmed them in writing.
Prices and availability
Every product is shown as "price on enquiry" because precious metal prices move continuously. Publishing a figure would mean publishing one that is already out of date.
Any price we quote is based on the market at that moment and on the stock available then. Unless we say otherwise in writing, a quotation is valid only for the period stated in it, and remains subject to the metal still being available when you accept.
Product information
Weights, purities and specifications are stated in good faith and to the standards described on each product page. Certification and documentation are supplied where applicable to the product.
Photography is illustrative. Bars and coins are struck and packaged items, so the piece you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the image shown while meeting the stated weight and purity in full.
Not investment advice
Nothing on this website is financial, investment or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. We describe what we sell; we do not advise on whether you should own it.
The value of precious metals rises and falls, and can fall below what you paid. If you are unsure whether a purchase is suitable for you, take independent professional advice before committing.
Identity checks
Dealers in precious metals are subject to anti-money-laundering obligations. Depending on the size and nature of a transaction, we may need to verify your identity and the source of funds before we can proceed.
We will tell you what is required before you commit to anything. We may decline or discontinue a transaction where those checks cannot be completed.
Using this site
You are welcome to browse the catalogue and to contact us about it. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, to extract its content systematically, or to use the enquiry form for anything other than a genuine enquiry.
The text, photography, logos and the Royal Mint of Malta name on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without our written consent.
Availability and liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of error, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the catalogue's descriptive content, which does not replace the confirmation you receive when you enquire.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business or the site changes. The date above shows when they were last revised, and the version published here is the one that applies.
Terms agreed for a specific transaction are the ones that govern it; this page does not override what we confirm to you in writing.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you live.
